The column called "Id" is a unique internal identifier assigned to each row in the database as records are inserted. This identifier is unique across a given scope within a Seabed database. For example, data within the Project scope has identifiers that are unique within a project. Data in the Client scope has data that is unique across all projects within a Seabed database instance. These internal identifiers are not usually displayed to end users but are provided here to allow you to observe how foreign keys are constructed as the data is created. Most business associate tables and views are in the Client scope. The internal identifiers in the Client scope are negative numbers to ensure there will be no key value collisions with data inserted into the various Projects, whose id values are positive numbers.
