This submodel contains the classes and associations required to describe a facility and its composition. A facility is defined as being a piece of equipment, a collection of pieces of equipment, or a role that a piece of equipment plays. For example a valve is a facility, as is a blow-out-preventer (BOP) which is composed of multiple valves.
