Meter

The following rules describe how to use the Meter classes:

A meter is a device used to measure the flow rates and/or volumes of liquid or gas. This diagram displays the properties of meters.

Meters and their nominal data are stored in the appropriate Meter class. For example Venturi Meter data would be stored in the Venturi_Meter class.

Properties of a meter that change over time are stored in the Meter_Oper_Pty_Set class.
